- Batch billing — Pick up 10 jobs today, send 10 invoices in one click. Each one carries its own overages and surcharges, no spreadsheet reconciliation.
- Extra-day charges — Set your included rental period (14 days, 7 days, whatever your model is). If a customer goes over without scheduling pickup, the system charges per-day overages automatically.
- Customer credit & payment terms — Set a credit limit per customer and configure payment terms (Net-15, Net-30, Net-60) at the customer level. The system tracks balances against the limit so you don’t over-extend.
- Stripe payments — Customer pays the invoice online when card payments are enabled. Payment matches up to the job automatically.
