What's the difference between annual and monthly?
Annual plans bill upfront for the year and save 15% over month-to-month. Starter: $1,520 annually (versus $1,788 monthly billing — save $268). Pro: $2,030 annually (versus $2,388 — save $358). Scale: $2,540 annually (versus $2,988 — save $448). All other terms — features, CC rates, support — are identical.
What's CC pass-through?
RentThisApp uses Stripe to process customer card payments. You choose whether to absorb the card processing fee on your side or pass it through to your customer at checkout — the toggle is in your settings. Either way, the customer-facing card rate (3.49% to 4.49% depending on tier) is the same; what changes is who pays it.
Are there volume discounts on the card processing rate?
Yes. High-volume tenants can move to a lower customer card rate regardless of tier. Specific volume thresholds depend on your business mix — talk to us about your monthly processing volume and we'll walk through what makes sense.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
